Construction Manager

Job Description

– Responsible for operating and managing all construction activities at the site, ensuring progress, quality and safety.

– Organizing, assigning and supervising the work of technical departments, construction teams, subcontractors and related units.

– Establishing and implementing overall construction plans, weekly/monthly/quarterly plans for the site.

– Managing technical documents, legal documents related to construction, quality, acceptance, payment and settlement.

– Working directly with investors, supervision consultants, local authorities and related parties during project implementation.

– Checking and supervising compliance with drawings, construction methods, technical standards and labor safety.

– Handling technical, personnel and legal situations arising at the site and promptly reporting to the Board of Directors.
– Take ultimate responsibility for the quality of the project, construction progress and efficiency of resource use at the construction site.

Candidate requirements

– University degree in Civil & Industrial Construction, Construction Engineering, Construction Economics or equivalent.

Have a certificate of practice as a Supervisor/Commander (level 2 or higher is an advantage).
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience, of which at least 2 years in the position of Commander of industrial works, factories, warehouses.
– Deep understanding of construction processes, standards, laws and legal procedures related to the project.
– Good leadership, organization and coordination skills between departments, contractors and partners.
– Flexible, decisive and proactive communication and situation handling skills.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel and other project management software.
