Project Estimator-Financial Settlement Specialist

Job Description

– Check the contractor’s volume and quality records.
– Check, review, and correct the completed drawings and actual construction volume of the construction unit.
– Develop pre-feasibility reports and feasibility reports of investment projects
– Develop total project estimates.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of each investment project as a basis for proposing the implementation of the investment project.
– Make contracts and contract appendices for arising volumes.

Candidate requirements

– Have experience; have the capacity to undertake the tasks as stated in the job description
– Have been trained in construction economics
– Use excel to calculate estimates and excellent total investment.
– Have experience in writing pre-feasibility reports and feasibility reports based on relevant legal regulations.
– Have good logical thinking, clear and concise.
